https://jurcon.ums.edu.my/ojums/index.php/bije <p>The <strong>Borneo International Journal of Education (BIJE)</strong> (<a href="https://portal.issn.org/resource/ISSN/2710-7361">E-ISSN: 2710-7361</a>) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Penerbit Universiti Malaysia Sabah and managed by the Faculty of Education and Sports Studies, Universiti Malaysia Sabah. Rooted in the cultural, geographical, and educational diversity of Borneo, BIJE provides a scholarly platform for advancing educational research, knowledge, and practice across diverse contexts. The journal publishes empirical, theoretical, conceptual, and review articles across the broad field of education, including innovative, interdisciplinary, and contextually relevant studies. Manuscripts may be submitted in either English or Bahasa Melayu. BIJE does not impose any Article Processing Charges (APCs), and all published articles are freely accessible online. BIJE is published annually, with one issue completed in December, and operates on a continuous publication model, whereby accepted articles are published online upon completion of the editorial, double-blind peer-review, and production processes. The journal particularly encourages research that explores educational experiences, challenges, and practices within the <strong>Borneo context</strong>, while also welcoming studies from other geographical and educational settings.</p> <p>Through these contributions, BIJE seeks to advance educational knowledge, inform professional practice, and support educational development at local, regional, and international levels.</p> <p>All submissions will undergo an initial editorial assessment.
