Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menyelidik implikasi dan penglibatan komuniti dalam sektor pelancongan di pulau. Melalui tinjauan literatur, kajian ini menganalisis kaitan antara penglibatan komuniti dan pembangunan pelancongan di pulau. Implikasi positif termasuk peningkatan ekonomi, pembangunan sosial, dan pemeliharaan budaya tempatan. Penglibatan komuniti dalam perancangan dan pengurusan pelancongan juga dapat meningkatkan kesedaran alam sekitar dan pemuliharaan sumber semula jadi. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat cabaran seperti konflik kepentingan, kekurangan kemahiran, dan keupayaan pengurusan yang perlu diatasi. Kajian ini memberikan pandangan holistik tentang implikasi dan penglibatan komuniti dalam sektor pelancongan di pulau, memberi kesedaran tentang kepentingan melibatkan komuniti dalam pembangunan pelancongan yang mampan.
