Kepuasan Pelancong Terhadap Aktiviti Pelancongan, Perkhidmatan Dan Fasiliti Di Suang Noh Homestay, Kundasang, Sabah

Kajian ini dijalankan untuk menilai tahap kepuasan pelancong terhadap perkhidmatan dan fasiliti fizikal yang disediakan di Suang Noh Homestay, Kundasang, Sabah. Kajian ini melibatkan seramai 40 orang responden yang dipilih secara rawak, menggunakan instrumen soal selidik yang merangkumi aspek perkhidmatan pelanggan, kemudahan asas, kebersihan, keselamatan, kemudahan internet serta pengurusan operasi homestay. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahawa tahap kepuasan pelancong berada pada tahap yang sangat tinggi dalam semua aspek yang dinilai. Majoriti responden menilai pengalaman mereka sebagai positif dan menepati jangkaan dari segi keselesaan, layanan mesra kakitangan, serta kemudahan moden yang disediakan. Dapatan ini membuktikan bahawa Suang Noh Homestay berjaya melaksanakan pengurusan yang cekap, berkualiti dan selaras dengan prinsip pelancongan komuniti. Kajian ini memberikan implikasi penting terhadap pembangunan pelancongan luar bandar, khususnya dalam memperkukuh imej homestay sebagai produk pelancongan berasaskan komuniti yang mampan dan autentik di Sabah.
