Abstract

Introduction: The VenaSeal closure system is a non-thermal, non-tumescent, non-sclerosant procedure which is the latest innovation with the use of cyanoacrylate closure, to treat symptomatic venous reflux disease in the lower extremity superficial venous system. This method of treatment has been provided by vascular services in Sabah since the year 2017. The main objective is to analyse the effectiveness and outcome of this method and to study the complications arising from this treatment.
