Abstract

Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole is associated with rare life threatening side effect of hyperkalemia. We described a case of life threatening hyperkalemia in a patient treated with Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole as part of the eradication therapy for Meliodosis.
