Abstract

Primary pleural melanoma is a very rare condition1. Malignant melanoma is a common skin cancer. It is highly aggressive and responds poorly to the standard chemotherapy regimens. Due to the scarcity of similar cases reported in the literature, there are no reliable data on the management and the prognosis of the disease2.
