Abstract

Aktiviti pembelajaran berkonsepkan Produksi Teater adalah aktiviti yang melibatkan proses gerak kerja seni. Penghasilan Produksi Teater ini memerlukan perancangan dan pelaksanaan yang sistematik. Sehubungan itu, artikel ini membincangkan kewajaran Produksi Teater diapliksikan dalam pembelajaran genre drama menerusi mata pelajaran Kesusasteraan Melayu Komunikatif. Implikasi pelaksanaan Produksi Teater bukan sahaja dapat memupuk pengalaman sosial dan sikap bekerjasama antara satu sama lain, malah berupaya menarik minat pelajar dalam mempelajari genre drama. Teater atau drama dalam pendidikan makin dikenali di negara kita terutamanya dalam konteks pendidikan dan penglibatan kokurikulum di sekolah. Walau bagaimanapun, pendekatan Produksi Teater dalam pembelajaran drama masih belum dikenali. Justeru, ia wajar dilaksanakan agar pendekatan ini boleh diterima oleh pihak guru dan pelajar dan dapat diaplikasikan melalui pembelajaran drama di sekolah.

 

Learning activities that conceptualize the Theatre Production are activities that involve the process of artwork. The results of this Theatre Production method require systematic planning and execution. In relation to that, in this article, the Theatre Production should be applied in learning through drama genre subject of Malay Literature Communicative. Implications for implementing Theatre Production method not only foster social experiences and cooperative behaviour, but it can also engage students in learning the drama genre. Theatre or drama in education are increasingly recognized in our country, especially in the context of education and co-curricular involvement in schools. However, the approach to Theatre Production in learning drama is still unknown and it is necessary to make this approach accessible to teachers and students and can be applied through learning drama in schools.
