MAKLUMBALAS SASTERA KEPADA KONSEP MADANI: PENELITIAN ANTOLOGI CERPEN “SEBUAH RUMAH DAN NARATIF TANAH AIR”

Menurut buku Perdana Menteri Malaysia YAB Dato’ Anwar bin Ibrahim bertajuk  Membangun Negara Madani (2023), kerangka dan visi Madani adalah berlandaskan 6 teras iaitu kemampanan (sustainability), kesejahteraan (wellbeing), daya cipta (creativity), hormat (respect), keyakinan (confidence) dan ihsan (courtesy). Ke-enam-enam teras tidak berdiri sendiri tetapi salingberhubung dan bergantung antara satu sama lain dalam penggubalan semua dasar demi masyarakat berpadu. Di samping itu, kerangka dasar reformasi ini dikatakan akan sentiasa ditambahbaiki mengikut maklumbalas rakyat. Bentuk maklumbalas rakyat pelbagai namun penelitian ini berfokus pada maklumbalas kumpulan pengarang jati Malaysia antara umur 40-50an yang pernah mengalami perjalanan pahit Perdana Menteri ke tahap pentadbiran politik tertinggi hari ini. Hafizah Iszahanid, Lokman Hakim, Nazri Hussein, Ruhaini Mat Darin dan Salina Ibrahim telah menulis 9 buah cerpen yang menyoal, mengkritik, menyokong, mengalakkan dan juga mengutuk konsep Madani secara keseluruhan. Objektif penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapat maklumbalas rakyat melalui sudut pandangan karyawan Malaysia sebagai wakil maklumbalas bidang seni atas seruan Perdana Menteri. Adalah harapan bahawa maklumbalas akan sedikit sebanyak mencarum kepada penambahbaikan yang dijanjikan kerajaan baru MADANI.

ABSTRACT

Prime Minister of Malaysia's YAB Dato' Anwar bin Ibrahim's book entitled “Developing the Madani Nation” (2023) introduces the Madani framework and vision based on 6 thrusts, namely sustainability, wellbeing, creativity, respect, confidence and courtesy. The six thrusts do not stand alone but are interconnected and dependent on each other in formulating all policies for the sake of a cohesive society. In addition, the reform policy framework is said to be constantly improved according to the feedback of the people. The form of public feedback is varied, but this paper scrutinizes the feedback from a group of Malaysian authors between the ages of 40-50 who have experienced the Prime Minister's bitter journey as a sacked Deputy Prime Minister in 1998 to attain the highest level of political administration in the MADANI government today. Hafizah Iszahanid, Lokman Hakim, Nazri Hussein, Ruhaini Mat Darin and Salina Ibrahim have written 9 short stories that question, criticize, support, encourage and also critique the Madani concept. The objective of this research is to evaluate the feedback from the people through the perspective of Malaysians who are representatives of the arts to the 6 thrusts of the MADANI government. It is hoped that the feedback will to some extent contribute to the improvements as promised by the new MADANI government.
