This study analyzes and formulates Islamic personality in the novel, “Tuhan Lebih Saintifik†by Farhan Hadi. The novel is reviewed by using the concept of Islamic personality according to al-Ghazali. The concept of al-Ghazali is used to look at the types of personalities namely, noble personality (mahmudah) and despicable personality (mazmumah). The research results revealed the aspects of personality from the novel whereby the noble personality (mahmudah) was more noticeable compared to the despicable personality (mazmumah). This shows that the Islamic personality depicted in the novel could serve as the bedrock in spreading of Islamic values and contribute to the personal development of men.
