This Paper discusses the integration of biotechnology into history education to enhance students' understanding of its historical foundations and foster engagement. By examining effective strategies, benefits, challenges and outcomes associated with incorporating biotechnology-related topics into the history curriculum, this study aims to bridge the gap between biotechnology's scientific progress and its historical context. Through case studies, surveys, interviews and curriculum development, the research explores the impact on students' critical thinking skills, interdisciplinary learning and overall engagement. These findings will contribute to curriculum development and provide educators with practical insights to integrate biotechnology into history education, equipping students with a comprehensive understanding of societal implications of biotechnology.
