This study was conducted to identify the influence of science teachers' knowledge and practices on the implementation of learning and facilitation in Tuaran district. A simple random sampling technique was used on 74 teachers as respondents. The quantitative study of this survey was conducted through data collection using a set of 29 item questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 29.0 software. The reliability value of the science teacher knowledge questionnaire α = 0.715, science teacher practice α= 0.780 and the learning implementation and facilitation questionnaire α = 0.606. Overall, the level of teacher knowledge (mean= 4.29; standard deviation= 0.34), teacher practice (mean= 4.30; standard deviation= 0.38) and the implementation of learning and facilitation (mean= 4.26; standard deviation= 0.33) were reported to be high. The results of the ANOVA test analysis found that there was no significant difference in teacher beliefs based on the demographic factors of teaching experience [df=2,71, F=3.721, k>.05]. The result of the Pearson Product-moment correlation found a high to very high relationship for the teacher's practice towards the implementation of learning and facilitation [r(74)=0.711, k<.05]. The implications of the study show that the implementation of learning and facilitation by science teachers can be realized with effective teaching practices.
